    <summary type="html">For the fingerboard gunk, I simply use hot water &amp;amp; a soft cloth.&#xD;

Also:&#xD;
&#xD;
If you wipe down your fretboard with a dry soft cloth every time after playing, keep your hands clean &amp;amp; dry, and you change strings often, there really shouldn't be any substantial gunk build-up on your frets at all.&#xD;

    <summary type="html">Lemon oil works great and conditions the wood also, just get olde english at the grocery store. you want something that is all oil with no wax.</summary>

    <summary type="html">I'm sure Endust or Pledge would work fine on the body - however my concern is the gunk that builds up on the fretboard.  Everytime I change my strings, I just end up using a tad bit of water and using the elbow grease to keep the gunk off of it.  &#xD;

Thought someone in the tribe may have the same issues.</summary>
